Can I return or exchange items if they are the wrong size?

All sales are final for any item bought through the City of Tempe Website. We do not offer exchanges or returns, so please use the sizing guides below to make sure you order the correct size.

When should I expect my order to be delivered?

All apparel orders are expected to be complete and sent out in 7 to 10 business days from the order date. Delays may occur if the ordered item is out of stock from our apparel provider. If this occurs, we will reach out to inform you of the expected turn around time.
